In a thoughtful mood

After the emotional turmoil of last week - most of it self inflicted - I am busily trying to make concrete the fantasies that I thought were my mind's attempts to escape my current condition. A new painting is nearly complete, a series in the works. And several short stories are slowly forming into full being. I never thought I would dive into the short story form. But some ideas I can't think of any other way to express them. Will keep you posted.

In the mean time, here's a song that more or less expresses my mood these days.....

Hope you have a great weekend!

  3. Hi Sharon, thanks I love writing, and I've grown to really love the short story form. If I come up with even on half way decent story I'll be satisfied. And the King book is excellent inspiration. I've read it several times.

  5. Handling the seasons of our lives is not always an easy task. Although thoughtful moods are necessary, once in a while, they also can be an bit depressing sometimes.

Sigh, if only I could paint or write. You are blessed my dear.
God I sound like my grandmother. Eeeeeekkkkkkkk!!!
