  1. It's always inspiring, Cheryl, to see your work. You have a fabulous talent. I hope you're enjoying the weekend and finding plenty of food for the imagination.

Thank you for your messages on my blog. Oooh, the thought of our universe being in the eye of a black hole sent my imagination into overdrive. lol I sometimes think there is more fact in fiction than we realize, so who knows. All things are possible. :-))

Wishing you magical times, bright one. xx

  4. You are very, very talented. The first one made me smile – automatic response to the smile on her face.
Hope you had a lovely weekend, too!

No bears sighted during my weekend away – not even Winnie-the-Pooh types ;)

  5. Hi Carol Anne, yes, I want to read more about that one. String theory, black holes, and the like really all fascinate me.

And thank you for saying that! I am having a great weekend actually, despite the unpleasant (or sad, however you choose to look at it - from such good pals to this? :(...) run in yesterday. love, xo

  7. Same to you, Lena, and so glad to connect with you on FB!!! XO

Hi Dedene, thank you so much!

Hi Beth, thanks! That was part of a much larger image, but after spending hours and hours on it I realized it had veered so far off from my initial vision that I...well, I'm just filing that one away as practice.

Aw, no Pooh Bears? Hopefully, no mice either...

  8. Thanks Maggie, I't pretty happy with it, too. Though, there's always something I feel I can improve.

  9. I was desperately waiting to see a fourth picture depicting a goth girl in an Amish hat.

Oh well, not all weekends are perfect.

  10. Can't wait to see more of the Goth series.

  11. De Campo - An Amish hat! That's actually a really interesting idea, in a comic book sort of way. Hmm...

Hi Chris - me too! I'm really enjoying painting them but I can;t wait to see all of them done and hanging in some gallery (preferably in London or Paris). Reminds me, must start the gallery rounds once again...

  15. Thanks Drollgirl!

Thanks La Belette Rouge! I like that one too. Though, with every work I do, I feel I could have done better. And thank you again! This week, work wise, is going pretty well. In other areas...xxo

Thanks Shanster! Me too, I like doing the quickies. I don't feel the pressure, with them, to make them 'perfect.' Leg's a little wonky...oh well! And thanks again, the process for this one was a lot easier (i.e. more fun) than goth p. number one.
